We really appreciated the guide, which gave us such interesting insights into Nepali Culture. We always felt safe during the trip and wherever we had a question the guide was there for us. His language skills are extremely good and communicating with him has been a pleasure.

Suman went above and beyond to take care of the group. He set expectations up front regarding the need for flexibility and the infrastructure (or lack thereof) of the country. Despite the challenges, Suman did a fantastic job of coordinating everything to ensure the smoothest journey possible. He also went above and beyond to really make my birthday special! It is clear Suman really cares about what he does, as well as the safety of the group. With his guidance, 100% of the team were able to make it to Everest Base Camp! 5 star all the way! Suman was excellent throughout the tour. He dealt with everything efficiently and was professional at all times! He was a pleasure to trek with, and I would love to do another adventure with him as a tour Leader.

Thank you travel umpire for the trip – you did a great job. Umesh was a great tour Leader. He coped extremely well when plans changed as our group couldn’t trek Everest Base Camp due to canceled flights to Lukla due to bad weather. We re-diverted to Annapurna Circuit Trek.

The trip with travel umpire was an excellent guide. He did a great job of looking after all of us and also provided tons of interesting information regarding Nepal and trekking in general. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Hari was incredible, in the evenings he would inform us of many of the histories and cultures and other groups/guides would listen to him to also learn. I would never have made it up all the hills without Hari patience, calmness and breathing techniques! He is an asset to Travel Umpire.

I really liked the booked hotels + food there. Very fit guide and porter. So, we would finish after walking 5-6 hrs. in the afternoon some small walks to see the interesting places. The Nature of the country was amazingly beautiful.
The personal management and friendliness of guide provided by the company Travel Umpire, couldn’t be any better! Very good knowledge about the route, more information during the walking at the day  was very nice!
All in all, an unforgettable time with great pictures in mind and camera. I will recommend to everyone in UK.

We booked a six days trip to Ghorepani Trek (Medium) from travel umpire. We had an average walking time of 5-6 hrs. per day and visited every nice and important place. Prasan, the guide was maximum polite and took care of everything in detail in any situation. Surya was a perfect porter and perfect partner to us and as well maximum polite. It was a great pleasure and trip.

The company organization of the trekking was correct. Our guide and porter were always friendly and gives us a lot of information over the way like; about Nature, Country, Culture, and other interesting things. They helped us at any time. It was SUPPER!
